NEW YORK - The NYPD is searching for a woman who stabbed a man in the back at Union Square last month. Police released new surveillance video of the suspect.  


At around 10:30 pm on November 3, a 47-year-old man was walking in the vicinity of 14 Street and Broadway at Union Square. Cops said a woman walked up to him and began arguing. The man walked away and the woman followed.

Cops said the woman pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the back. The attacker then ran southbound on Broadway. 


The victim was rushed to Bellevue where he was treated for a stab wound in the lower back. He was listed in stable condition. 


The suspect is described as a woman with a light complexion who is 5 foot 2. She was last seen wearing a black coat, blue jeans, and black sneakers. She was also wearing a Colorado Rockies a black baseball cap with a purple brim.
