NEW YORK - Police released surveillance video of a suspected home invasion robber who bound his victim with zip ties in a home across the street from Yankee Stadium. 

The NYPD released surveillance video of one of two suspects in the Bronx home invasion robbery across the street from Yankee Stadium. The video was taken from inside an apartment building on 162nd Street and River Avenue. The suspect is seen wearing a black hoodie and a reflective construction vest. 

At around 7 pm on October 19, the two men pushed their way into the Bronx apartment on River Avenue. Once inside they grabbed the 60-year-old resident and bound his hands with zip ties.

The NYPD says the thieves removed $5,000 in cash. They then slipped out of the building into a waiting dark colored SUV which was last seen driving northbound on Gerard Avenue. 

Cops said the victim was not injured in the home invasion robbery.
